Refund & Returns Policy
If you have a problem with your order, please reach out to our Customer Support team via email address support@hikovashoes.com to start a request. For additional info on our return, refund policies see below!
1. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:
- Our return and refund policy allows for requests within 30 days from delivery date. Therefore, please make sure you unpackage the order immediately upon receipt and contact us. If your report exceeds this period, we may not be able to offer our warranty.

If the item is defective, damaged/broken, wrong, please contact via support@hikovashoes.com.
We believe a replacement or refund can best resolve any issue you may have, so there’s no need to physically return the item(s) to us. You’re welcome to keep the original items at your discretion.
Please Note:
We do not take any responsibility in the following situations:
- Your order was delayed due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home to receive the delivery, not picking up the packages as requested).
2. MODIFICATION/ CANCELLATION POLICY:
Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 12 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be modified/cancelled.
3. CLAIM PROCEDIRES:
1. Take a photo of the item(s):
- We strictly require graphic proof to resolve claims so please make sure you attach at least a well-focused photo of the defective item so we can provide you with a resolution quickly. Claims that are not accompanied by proof will not be reviewed.
2. Contact us via email support@hikovashoes.com:
- Please submit your photo(s) and state clearly whether you wish for a remake or a refund. This will help avoid back and forth communication.
- Wait till our support team get back to you within 24 - 48 hours
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your request. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or not.
If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
If it has been more than 7 business days since your request was approved and you have not received a refund, please contact us at support@hikovashoes.com
